The Bastard Son of Sona. If you don’t know her, educate yourself.
That’s where Finley first fell in love with the scene. 16 years later, he is ready to take you on a journey through his understanding of what dance music is. His knowledge of audio (Full Sail University) and passion for the underground can be heard throughout his productions and felt on the dance floor, which matters most, in his opinion. “I’m trying to take it back to the dance-floor where we all fell in love” as Finley quotes about his recent productions.
During his experience as half of Low Tide, Finley experimented with the dark side of deep house, which has played a role his evolution as a dj/producer. The project released on Dilate Records, Motek, RIS Lab, Inside Out Records, and NOSI Music to name a few. Working with and remixing for artists such as Miguel Puente, Dance Spirit, Namito, Kosmas, Jonny Cruz, Silky and others.
Finley’s roots and love for the dance floor pushed him forward to solo endeavors, and it has been nothing short of inspiring to hear what has transpired. Non-stop work in the studio has led to upcoming releases on Touch of Class Records, Superfreq, Rhombus, Faceless Records, Sullivan Room Records, Black Magik Disko, and collaboration projects with Berlin mastermind Namito and Superfreq’s David Scuba along with countless other projects. 2015 is looking like a coming out party with gigs all around North America including BPM, WMC, Movement, and venues such as Treehouse Miami, Whiskey Disco Detroit, Rise Boston, The Standard LA, Hyde Park Tampa, and more.
